Qualifying cattle for Micro Beef Verification Services is a simple process that involves the following steps:

1. Collect your animal information in CattleLog.
2. Request Micro Beef Verification Services before cattle leave farm/ranch of origin. We require at least 10 business days to complete all required documentation and return the approval to the customer, so please plan ahead. We cannot guarantee the timing of any audit activities.
3. A trained Micro Beef Agent will conduct an on-site assessment to verify the information you have collected.
4. If passed, cattle will be marked as verified for the audit criteria and official documentation will be sent to you.
